All donated pizzas will be baked and distributed the following day. Hospitality workers can pick-up curbside between 4pm-6pm and we will deliver anytime to any organization in need.
The Parlor is Chef David DiBari’s wood-fired pizza restaurant located in Dobbs Ferry, NY, just down the street from his highly-touted Italian restaurant, The Cookery. The Parlor is a pizzeria of sorts, where the focus is on Neapolitan pizza, progressive small plates and craft cocktails. The colorful graffiti-tagged walls with contributions by local street artists along with an upbeat soundtrack create a fun, energetic vibe. The Parlor, which received an “Excellent” rating by The NY Times, is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday — Sunday.
